Hund an Bord

Dieser schon etwas ältere Gentleman trifft gleichzeitig mit uns in Alkmaar ein. Er hilft seinem Frauchen beim Anlegen der Bugleine, doch als sich Aila nähert, um ihn zu fotografieren, posiert er nicht etwa, sondern macht sich daran, sein Boot zu verteidigen.

We arrived in Alkmaar at about the same time as this beagle. Aila wanted to photograph him but he had other ideas.


Und zwar lautstark.

He let her know loud and clear this was his boat!


Erst als er merkt, dass ich wirklich nicht an Bord kommen will, beruhigt er sich etwas.

When he realized Aila wasn't about to make an unauthorized boarding, he calmed down again. He did his job, guarding his domain.
