Dining al fresco


Gestern speisen wir al fresco, im Freien. Die Vierbeiner auf der grossen Wiese im Hafen Zijlzicht,

Some days you just want to stick your snout in your bowl on a nice grassy lawn, dontcha?


... die Zweibeiner auf Empfehlung von Hafenmeister Jacco im Restaurant La Bota bei der Pieterskerk.

Taking our cue from the canine corps, the humans sought out a restaurant with garden suggested by Zijlzicht's master of the harbor, Jacco. And we found it, in the shadow of the Peter's Church.


Durch einen alten Gang gelangt man in einen kleinen Garten im Hinterhof.

Hier speisen wir gut, günstig und vergnügt.

And we were. The camera got a bit tipsy so we all had to squinch down to get in the shot.
