As the Water Rat said to the Mole already in 1908, "Believe me, my young friend, there is nothing – absolutely nothing – half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats …Whether you get away, or whether you don't; whether you arrive at your destination or whether you reach somewhere else, or whether you never get anywhere at all, you're always busy, and you never do anything in particular."
From "The Wind in the Willows," by Kenneth Grahame.

Ruzica ahoi!
Big blow
Hurricane warning. England recorded gusts of 150km/h and the eye is making its way towards the Netherlands. Many towns in Germany cancelled their big annual carnival parades, which is most unusual although one wonders if the storm was the only reason. We are braced in. Lines checked and films loaded. I just came back from walking the dogs and they didn't mind getting back onboard. Neither did I.
