Unsere Motorenteile sind zurück!

The mechanic dropped off our two cylinder heads et al (grimace slightly exaggerated). 
Nicht, dass uns ihr Anblick sonderlich gefreut hätte ... Die Kostenvoranschläge, die mit ihnen kamen,  liessen uns die Ohren klingeln.

We also got some fuzzy estimates. My nose bleeds already, we're at such heights. We're looking at several strategies to restore mobility to Plan B. 
Hier nur ein kleines Beispiel von Schäden.

This maw had a hard life but clearly it was designed to be replaced. Does that favor rebuilding the engines? 
Wir haben alles sorgfältig zurück in den Motorenraum gepackt und beraten nun das weitere Vorgehen.

For now, we've returned the cylinder heads to the engine room while we await written estimates on three variants.
