Dirk sent some pictures. Plan B is back in the water. The motor and stern drive have been successfully installed and inspected by the Volvo Penta rep, who will come in the New Year to formally start it up. Happy to see the stern has been painted, too. All looks shipshape to me. It's been a long journey to get to this point.
